Types of Adoption
Open Adoptions
Complete identifying information exchanged; on-goings contact both pre--and post placement
Semi Open Adoption
Some identifying information shared; meet either pre-delivery or at hospital; direct communication as discussed.
Closed Adoption
No identifying information shared, no contact before or after adoption.
